PURPOSE: A method for receiving transparent relay station identification information is provided to enable efficient handover between repeaters by identifying a transparent repeater based on the identification information received from the transparent repeater. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives the preamble offset information of a transparent repeater, which is activated in a transparent mode, through a broadcast or control channel. In addition, the terminal uses the offset information to adjust the preamble symbol and timing of the transparent repeater, and receives a transparent relay preamble including the identifier of the transparent.
