<p>PURPOSE: A hyper-eutectoid steel without spheroidization-annealing, an in-line spheroidized wire rod, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to omit additional heat-treatment without complete dissolving cementite. CONSTITUTION: A hyper-eutectoid steel without spheroidization-annealing is composed of carbon 0.9~1.4 weight%, silicon 0.3~0.7 weight%, manganese 0.3~0.7 weight%, aluminum 0.75~1.45 weight%, chrome 1.3~1.7 weight%, nickel 0.3~0.7 weight%, titanium 0.1~0.3 weight%, niobium 0.05~0.2 weight%, vanadium 0.05~1.5 weight%, residual iron and inevitable impurities.</p> |
