PURPOSE: Apparatus for manufacturing a pipe with multi-layer wall made of waste plastic is provided to improve quality without defects by removing contaminants by a filter case and rapidly and uniformly cool down an extruded object on a rotary roller by circulating cold air on the inner surface of the rotary roller. CONSTITUTION: Apparatus for manufacturing a pipe with multi-layer wall comprises: a molding unit(20) which receives waste plastic resin and polyethylene plastic resin from each hoppers and discharges molded articles to a winder(50) through a nozzle; a cooling member(30) which cools a pipe with multi-layer which is molded in the winder; and a discharging member(40) which cuts and discharges a formed pipe with multi-layer. Contaminant is caught at filtering holes on the filter case in the molding unit.
