PURPOSE: Extension hair and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the hair is easily attached to the hair of a user and improves workability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of extension hair comprises: a step of positioning a first loop(30) and a second loop(50) in the center of the extension hair; a step forming a first space; a step of forming a first knot by pulling both sides of a thread; a step of forming a second knot by pulling both sides of a thread after forming a second space; a step of forming a third knot and a cylinder body; a step of inserting both sides of the thread into upper annular part(31) of the first loop; a step of making both side ends come out of the cylinder body; and a step of cutting the extra length of the thread.
