An invention relates to the method for biochemical synthesis of 1.4-butane diamine in microorganism, having increased level of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity as compared to native level of ornithine decarboxylase, where microorganism has also the increased activity of formation of N-acetylglutamate as compared to the initial level of activity of formation of N-acetylglutamate in microorganism, where 1.4-butane diamine formed in microorganism is secreted into fermentation medium and isolated from the fermentation medium. The invention also relates to the microorganisms, carrying corresponding increased activity of ornithine decarboxylase and increased activity of formation of N-acetylglutamate. |
