PURPOSE: A mobile phone using a solar cell is provided to charge a 2nd battery while using a 1st battery by separating the 1/2 solar cell from a 1/2 battery. CONSTITUTION: 1/2 solar cells(21,21a) convert solar energy into electricity, and 1/2 voltage adjusters(22,22a) convert the electricity generated in the 1/2 solar cell into the voltage which can be used in a mobile phone. 1/2 batteries(23,23a) store the converted electricity, and 1/2 protection circuits(24,24a) disconnects the overvoltage by detecting the electricity stored at 1/2 batteries. A conversion switch(25) is formed between the 1/2 solar cells to select one of the 1/2 batteries.
