PURPOSE: A blower fan case manufacturing method and a blower fan case structure is provided to reduce simplifies an outer tube by compressing a disk and a support cylinder without bolts. CONSTITUTION: A blower fan case structure comprises a disc(100), a cylindrical support barrel(200) and a L shaped bracket(300). The disc comprises a curved part(110), a L curved surface(111), a straight-line part and L shaped straight-line part. The cylindrical support barrel is combined in the disc. The cylindrical support barrel comprises a capped curved surface(211) and capped straight-line part.
