AN AUTOMOBILE ALARMING APPARATUS WHICH CAN ALARM OVER-TILTING AND POWER-OFF OF BATTERY AND THE METHOD OF THEREOF

PURPOSE: An automobile alarming apparatus and a method of the same are provided to improve the safety of the automobile by transmitting an alarm message through a wireless network. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(105) supplies power to a battery and the entire of an automobile. A back-up battery supplies power in an emergency situation. A tilt sensor(113) detects the tilted degree of the automobile. A gear sensor detects the condition of a gear. A starting switch sensor detects the condition of a starting switch. A alarm unit sounds an alarm. A wireless transmitter-receiver transmits and recieves a messege. Based on the detection results of the tilt sensor, the gear sensor and the starting switch sensor, a control unit(101) verifies whether the automobile is overly-tilted. Based on an output voltage, the control unit sounds an alarm and transmits an alarm message based on the condition of a battery. An external clock periodically performs a control program.
