PURPOSE: A car lift tool is provided to maintain an optimum tailgate opening and shutting filling by moving a lift unit by a ball part because the ball part is able to move along the guide groove while moving in a pipe part. CONSTITUTION: A car lift tool comprises: a connection bracket(100) which is fixed to a car body; a shaft unit(200) which is inserted into the connection bracket; and a ball-joint unit(300) which moves to the longitudinal direction of the shaft unit, is connected to a lift unit and has a cylindrical shaped pipe part which is engaged to the shaft unit and a ball portion(320) which is combined with the pipe part and extruded to the connecting bracket. The boll part is connected to the lift unit by a manner of a ball joint. The connection bracket has a guide groove which guides the moving of the ball joint unit. The both ends of the shaft unit have hanging grooves in order to rotate with hanging to the connecting bracket. The shaft unit has a '+' shaped turning groove.
