The invention relates to power engineering, in particular to devices for preparation of cycle air for gas-turbine engines (GTE) and can be used at creation of new and modernization of operating gas-pumping units. Complex air purification device of GTE has connected in sequence in section of cyclic air air-intake chamber with filtration elements, automated bypass valve installed in air intake chamber, air guide attached to air intake chamber, this is equipped with cylindrical diffuser at the end, for connection to inlet branch pipe of compressor of GTE, silencer placed in air duct, and equipped with system for heating inlet air. Air intake chamber consists of two compartments in first of which at air inlet net filters are installed, and at outlet – cylindrical fine purification filters, second compartment is equipped with indicator of air pressure drop and is compartment for fresh air in the lower section of which with possibility of external access automated bypass valve is fixed. Body of bypass valve tightly adjoins the body of the compartment, at that the contour of valve adjoining is arranged with possibility of electric heating, silencer is arranged as that of plate type, filled with basalt fiber, glass-fiber tissue lining, and installed before diffuser. System for air heating is arranged as heat exchange pipeline, with possibility of control of hot air intake from exhaust of GTE and its supply to inlet of air intake chamber equipped with indicator of ice formation for switch off of system for air heating and contour of valve adjoining. The invention provides increased level of air purification, protection of elements of the device against freezing and high reliability of the device in general. |
