PURPOSE: A method for changing speed of an automatic manual transmission of an automobile is provided to reduce the shift failure of the automatic manual transmission by supplementing the shift failure according to a set standard. CONSTITUTION: A method for changing speed of an automatic manual transmission of an automobile comprises: a step(S100,S102) transferring a gearshift of a first location to a second location according to a first command after the clutch off; a step(S104) determining whether a first command value and an error of a present location value of a gearshift are included in a set error range or not; a step(S106) accumulating the shift fail when the error is not included in the set error range; a step(S108) deciding whether the number of the shift fail is a set number or greater; and a step(S110) transferring the gearshift to the first location when the number of the shift fail is greater than the set number and retransferring the gearshift to the second location of the number of the shift fail is less than the set number. |
