PURPOSE: A pretreatment apparatus for pretreating and transferring biomass is provided to prevent dilution of solvent and to enhance efficiency of pretreatment. CONSTITUTION: A pretreatment apparatus for pretreating and transferring biomass comprises: a transfer pipe(100) having a hollow; an injection(200) for inputting biomass, which is placed at one side of the transfer pipe; a screw(400) which is placed in the hollow of the transfer pipe and provides transfer driving force of biomass; and an outlet(300) which is placed at the other side of the transfer pipe and discharges biomass.
