PURPOSE: A compact image photographing device is provided to unify anode terminal and cathode terminal in a nonelectrical way. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit(130) is arranged between a hosing and a lens holder. The driving unit moves the lens holder up and down when power is on. A plate spring(150) is installed in the hosing. The plate spring elastically supports the lens holder up and down. A controller is arranged in the lower part of the hosing. The controller(160) controls the power which is applied at the driving part.
