PURPOSE: A cover for compact image photographing device and a manufacturing method of the same and compact image photographing device having the same are provided to perform a function of a cover, a function of back yoke, and a function of supporting holder together. CONSTITUTION: A cover is formed by flat broad of a magnetic material. The cover covers one side of a camera module. The cover is bent and formed to be opened. One end of the cover is combined to other end. Combination groove(120) is from on one end of the cover. Combination projection(110) which is inserted to the communication groove is formed on the other end of the cover.
