A method for producing high-protein sunflower cake includes comminuting sunflower seeds preliminary cleaned from admixtures and dried, obtaining a broken mass which is subjected to wet-heat treatment, obtaining a pulp. The pulp is pressed with obtaining press oil and oil cake which is formed as a shell and extracted with obtaining miscella and a crude product. The crude product is fried, dried, cooled, comminuted, classified and separated from seed coats. |
