发明名称 CYLINDRICAL RESONATOR FREQUENCY AND Q-FACTOR ADJUSTABLE FOR SPECTROMETERS OF ELECTRON PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE
摘要 A cylindrical resonator being frequency and Q-factor-adjustable for spectrometers of electron paramagnetic resonance of steadily supplied and pulse SHF excitation consists of a portion of a cylindrical wave-guide made of material with a high resistivity constant, and an inner coating with a low resistivity constant, in one end of which a fixed short-circuited wall with two holes is located. At the second end a short-circuited piston with mechanism of uniform motion is positioned. Outside of the cylindrical waveguide a high-frequency modulation loop made of dielectric wire is located. A waveguide wall is performed from two coaxial cylinders, one of which is fixed; a second one is capable of rotation around fixed cylinder at angle which is sufficient for complete closing and opening a hole between two cylinders.
