FLEXIBLE METAL-CLAD LAMINATE AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A flexible metal-clad laminate and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to obtain an excellent outer shape after an imides reaction, to prevent the metal-clad laminate from being bent, and to obtain excellent adhesive force with a metal film. CONSTITUTION: A flexible metal-clad laminate comprises: a first polyimide layer which is located on the one side of a metal film and has a glass transition temperature of 300~500; a second polyimide layer which is located on one side of the first polyimide layer and has a coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 1~20ppm / K; and a thermoplastic polyimide layer which is located on one side of the second polyimide layer.
