OIL RECOVERY SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECYCLING OF FLESHING SCRAP

PURPOSE: An oil recovery device for recycling fleshing scrap and a method thereof are provided to reduce waste processing costs by extracting and using oil contained in the fleshing scrap with a solvent to recycle the fleshing scrap. CONSTITUTION: An oil recovery device includes the following: a reactor(10) with an outlet(15) formed on a bottom part of the device and a solvent outlet(14) formed on the top; a stirrer(17) mounted on the reactor to react fleshing scrap and the solvent; a vacuum pump(20) connected to the solvent outlet; and a solvent reservoir(19) storing the discharged solvent. The solvent includes n-hexane.
