PURPOSE: A cutting device of seaweed stems is provided to improve quality of the cut seaweed stems while reducing labor by maximizing the cutting amount of the seaweed stems by mechanization, and to maximize productivity. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device of seaweed stems includes the following: a frame(100); a transfer belt(200) transferring the seaweed stems from one side to the other side of the frame, and is installed on a geared state; a plurality of shelves installed on the frame, and is installed on either side of the transfer belt; a plurality of slicing parts(400) cutting the seaweed stems while rotating the seaweed stems in a vertical direction; and a driving part rotating the transfer belt and the cutting part. The transfer belt includes an intermediate belt(210), a first belt(220), and a second belt(230) arranged on either side of the intermediate belt.
