PURPOSE: A system and a method for home healthcare management are provided to convert bio information into a standard file and transmit the standard file to a server by using a personal measurement device. CONSTITUTION: A hospital server(92) receives a health guidance from a central server in an ordinary time. In addition, the hospital server receives an emergency alarm and patient information from the central server in an emergency situation. A home center server(93) monitors the health state according to the analysis of bio information, and transfers the health alarm guidance to a corresponding user terminal. A protector terminal(94) receives the emergent alarm and the hospital information from the central server in the emergency situation.
