PURPOSE: A method for managing a subsidy and a system therefor are provided to receive a subsidy account transfer breakdown from a bank system, store an expense report in a subsidy system, and transmit the stored expense report to an accounting system. CONSTITUTION: A purchase breakdown of a subsidy payment card is transmitted. An item of subsidy expenditure is inputted about the transmitted purchase breakdown. A transfer breakdown of a subsidy account is transmitted(S204). A subsidy use item for the transmitted breakdown is inputted(S206). The purchase breakdown and the transfer breakdown are transmitted to a subsidy system. The purchase breakdown and transfer breakdown are transmitted to an accounting system(S208).
