PURPOSE: An integrated management system of a traffic accident notice area is provided to prevent a pedestrian and a driver from a traffic accident by noticing the state of the TNA(Traffic accident Notice Area) to a traffic management office. CONSTITUTION: A TNA integration management control module manages a TNA moving-camera(101) and the management state of an alarm display assistant device(102). A traffic signal sensing module detects the state of a traffic signal. A vehicles / pedestrian scanning module detects the movement of the vehicles or pedestrian. A dangerous situation generation determination module traces the vehicles / pedestrian movement according to the state of the traffic signal. A dangerous situation process module outputs an emergency signal to the vehicles or the pedestrian.
