PURPOSE: A background display method which facilitates manipulation by freely decorating variable backgrounds is provided to secure the degree of freedom and convenience by converting a standard wall paper. CONSTITUTION: A standard wall paper is displayed on a display unit(S201). A variable wall paper is displayed on the display unit(S202). The variable background is arbitrarily changed by the user. The size of the variable background is widely formed than the displayed domain on the display unit. The standard background and variable background are converted with the manipulation of the keypad or the touch screen(S203).
