ULTRA THIN TYPE POWER INDUCTOR

PURPOSE: An ultra thin type power inductor is provided to reduce thickness without width restriction by using a soft magnetic metal alloy powder sheet. CONSTITUTION: A pattern circuit(20,30) is attached to the upper side and the lower side of a magnetic sheet(10). Pattern circuits are made of the copper or the conducting material. Pattern circuits are conductive each other through a via hole. The magnetic sheet is made of the soft magnetic metal alloy powder. The soft magnetic metal alloy powder is anisotropy or isotropy powder. The soft magnetic metal alloy powder is arranged in the surface of the magnetic sheet, vertically or in parallel.
