PURPOSE: An implant precision conduction implanting apparatus is provided, which prevents an induction bushing from revolving to utmost in the boring of the drill, and can establish an induction bushing easily if the interval of an implant implanting position is narrow. CONSTITUTION: An implant precision conduction implanting apparatus comprises: an implant perforation drill(100); and a conducting bushing. An implant perforation drill includes: a shank part mounted on a drilling machine; a cutting part(116) in which a cutting edge making hole in the alveolar bone is formed; a cylindrical leading unit(120) in the lower circumference side of the shank part. The upper side of a leading unit is formed of the shape of the countersunk head(122) having an incline. By using the contact of the stopper of conduction bushing and the incline of the countersunk head, the drilling depth is limited.
