PURPOSE: A door glass fixing assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent a door glass from being damaged by stress concentration, by assembling a glass grip fixed on the lower surface of the door glass and guide rail which a regulator is assembled by a slider. CONSTITUTION: A door glass fixing assembly for a vehicle comprises: a glass grip(100) which includes a flat section(110) which is combined with a lower inside of a door glass(G) of a vehicle and a pair of extension parts which extended to an interior direction of a vehicle from the top of the flat section corresponding to each other; a guide rail(200) which is formed to the left and right direction of the door glass and whose one end is placed between of the both ends of the glass grip and is inserted between the both extension parts; and a slider(300) which contacts to the guide rail and the glass grip with sliding and assembles the slider and the guide rail.
