POLYLACTIC ACID-METHACRYLIC RESIN ALLOY COMPOSITION HAVING SUPERIOR APPEARANCE AND MOISTURE PROOF

PURPOSE: A poly lactic acid-methacrylic resin alloy composition is provided to reduce the environmental contamination by naturally decomposing, and to improve the molding ability and humidity-proof property. CONSTITUTION: A poly lactic acid-methacrylic resin alloy composition contains 20~90wt% of poly lactic acid and 10~80wt% of methacrylates resin. The poly lactic acid includes either L-lactic acid or D-lactic acid as a unit body for more than 85%. The molecular weight of the poly lactic acid is 100,000~360,000. The poly lactic acid-methacrylic resin alloy composition additionally comprises 1~40 parts of reinforcing agents by weight for 100 parts of poly lactic acid and methacrylates resin by weight.
