PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of green tea using Adenophorae Radix is provided to maximize beneficial effects included in Adenophorae Radix, and to improve values of the green tea by using the Adenophorae Radix. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of green tea using Adenophorae Radix includes the following steps: parching Adenophorae Radix; repetitively bleaching resin come from the parched Adenophorae Radix; drying the bleached Adenophorae Radix; thermally extracting Adenophorae Radix; filtering Adenophorae Radix; and powdering Adenophorae Radix by freeze-drying supernatant gained by centrifuge of the filtered extract. An inoculating step is further included in the manufacturing method of the green tea.
