PURPOSE: A pit for training is provided, which prevents player's injury and can improve effect of the training by reducing player's psychological burden. CONSTITUTION: A pit for training comprises: a pit(110) which is formed on the floor(B) in which the gymnastic appliances are installed in the designed depth; a plurality of block sponges(120) which are arranged to be mutually detached from the floor of the pit; a tension mesh(130) which is arranged on the top of block sponges and in which the circumference is fixed to the wall of the pit; a flat sponge(140) which is installed in order to close the pit and is formed between the tension mesh and flat sponge; a plurality of buoyancy sponges(150) filled into a space(S); and a shock-absorbing sponge(160) installed at the upper corner of the pit.
