FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: reinforcement method involves investigation of fire hazards, design of reinforcement device and installation of additional steel transverse beams. Transverse beams are supported on lower flanges of longitudinal beams of the building framework by installing them from the bottom of panels with a gap between the top of transverse beams and bottom of reinforced panels. Transverse beams are equipped with screw holding-down gears which are installed in the gap. After holding-down gears are brought into operation, distributing thrust plates and transverse beams are attached to each other. Gap is filled with structural reinforcing concrete in the form of concrete key with confinement reinforcement. Transverse beams are coated with membrane fireproofing of required thickness. ^ EFFECT: accurate investigation of fire hazards, substantiated technical inspection and check calculations of reinforced-concrete panels, improving the main operating characteristics of panels, increasing safe condition of damaged panels during reconstruction work, reliable connection of panels and joint members of reinforcement device, smooth unloading of severely damaged panels and control of unloading degree of reinforced floor panels. ^ 22 cl, 8 dwg |
