FIELD: biotechnologies. ^ SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium contains the following components, wt %: refined milk whey - 7.5-10.0, agar-agar - 0.075-0.08, polysaccharide product from brown algae, liquid or dry, accordingly - 5.0-10.0 or 0.2-0.4 and distilled water - the rest. Polysaccharide product from brown algae is produced by means of ground algae extraction with edible acid at pH of 6-7, filling with sodium hydrocarbonate solution to pH pf 8-9, heating for 2-3 hr till 80-95C with periodic mixing, homogenising of produced viscous mass, neutralisation till pH of 6.0-6.5, pasterisation and drying, if required. ^ EFFECT: high speed of bifidus bacteria reproduction with their maximum growth, durable safety of their vital functions in process of further storage. ^ 1 tbl |
