PURPOSE: An emergency tripod structure for a vehicle is provided to omit an additional unfolding process by maintaining the unfolded state of a triangular plate, a support plate and a guide bar with a spring. CONSTITUTION: A holder mounts an emergency tripod to the trim of a trunk room. The emergency tripod includes a triangular plate(110), a support plate(120) and a guide bar(130). A reflection plate is attached to the triangular plate. The support plate is arranged on the rear side of the triangular plate. The both end of the guide bar are connected to corners between the triangular plate and the support plate. The triangular plate and the support plate are folded or unfolded by the guide bar.
