UV CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION AND OPTICAL FILM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A UV curable resin composition and an optical film using thereof are provided to produce an optical film with an excellent elastic restoring force by using an acrylic urethane oligomer resin. CONSTITUTION: A UV curable resin composition contains 25~70wt% of acryl urethane oligomer formed with non-halogen elements, 20~70wt% of acrylic monomer, and 5~7wt% of photo initiator. The liquid refractive index of the composition is 1.52~1.58. An optical film comprises a base film, and an optical pattern formed by the UV curable resin composition on the base film. The optical film is selected from the group consisting of a diffusion film, a prism film, a co-extruded film, or a polaroid film. A load acid strength of the optical film is 120~250 grams.
