FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of fabricating car side door structure. Proposed method comprises preparing sheet material for press forming for shaped sections to be produced therefrom suitable for mounting, fitting, painting and operating. Shaped arc-like section makes strengthening bar of door internal lateral inner side that allows residual deflection of 12.72 mm at removing maximum static load and at initial static deflection of 25 mm of car side door. Plate-like has straight section aligned by radius round-off that form flexible backup sites relative to axis of symmetry together with bases. Shaped section is mounted along axis symmetry on the door inner side at angle "" on car side door frame backup plane to allow accommodating windows and window regulator assembly therein. ^ EFFECT: higher safety of driver and passengers. ^ 4 dwg |
