<p>A voltage detecting device is provided with a differential voltage detecting circuit for detecting a potential difference between a pair of input terminals; a multiplexer, which selects two electrode terminals from among electrode terminals of a plurality of cell modules connected in series, and has a sampling switch for connecting the selected two electrode terminals to first and second wirings, respectively; a flying capacitor circuit, which obtains a voltage between the first and the second wirings and outputs the voltage to between the pair of input terminals; and a signal generator for applying common mode noise to the flying capacitor circuit.</p> |
