<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to improve a high contrast ratio and stabilize the initialization of a driving device by lowering the voltage of an anode. CONSTITUTION: A driver device provides a high potential power voltage. A first switch element (T1) switches a current path between a data line and a first node. A storage capacitor(Cstg) is connected between the first node and a second node. The second switch element (T2) switches the current path between the first node and a voltage reference source. A third switch element (T3) switches the current path between a drain electrode of the second node and the driver device. A fourth switch element (T4) switches the current path between the drain electrode of the driver device and a third node. An organic light-emitting diode device (OLED) is connected between the third node and a low-potential power voltage source. A scan drive circuit (DTFT) initializes the first to third nodes. The scan drive circuit supplies a radiation control pulse to a third scan line during a third period.</p> |
