PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fermented oil composition which is effective in treating and preventing cold and flu is provided to simply control administration amount with less side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a fermented oil composition which is effective in treating and preventing cold and flu comprises: a step of mixing 10 weight parts of dried ginseng, 1 weight part of Angelica gigas Nakai root, and 1 weight part of ginger; a step of mixing 16-17 weight part of mixture and inputting into a vacuum silent cutter; a step of stirring for 20-30 days and fermenting; and a step of isolating a first fermentation oil from the mixture.
