PURPOSE: A double rotor type concentration and dehydration method and a device therefor are provided to maintain an agreeable work environment while reducing consumption energy and noise by minimizing an installation space of the device. CONSTITUTION: A double rotor type concentration and dehydration method includes the following steps: flowing high moisture content sludge to a first rotor through a water supply pipe(S1); separating the high moisture content sludge into concentrated sludge and water by using centrifugal force of the first rotor(S2); discharging separated water through a drain hole formed on the rear of the first rotor; discharging sludge between a second rotor and a wedge wire screen(S3); discharging the concentrated sludge to a drain pipe(S4); and discharging the compressed and dehydrated sludge cake through a slide gate valve(S5). |
