PURPOSE: A power control method of a sea generating station and a device for the same are provided to effectively change the flowing water which has high speed variation into electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: A power control method of a sea generating station is enabled by control or adjustment of load moment created by an electrical generator(3) for freely controlling rpm speed of a hydraulic turbine(2). A set point value of the load moment(Msoll) with a first electricity-optimum operation range is established by a state controller or an investigation mechanism(14) for maximum power.
