FIELD: power engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: mechanical nozzle comprises cylindrical head with base and nozzle on it, insert arranged inside head with longitudinal channel for liquid supply and connected to the latter by means of grooves arranged on outer surface of insert section, which is at the outlet along with motion of liquid, arranged in head with formation of chamber with its base and walls, besides grooves are joined to channel of liquid supply via additional channels arranged in insert and annular cavity. Head and insert are made of metal material with ultra-fine-grained structure formed by equal-channel pressing. ^ EFFECT: improving reliability and resource of nozzle operation. |
