FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: section of threshing machine for processing fibre crops consists of threshing drums on circumferences of which there are arranged rasp bars secured on horizontal shaft by means of cross pieces. The cross pieces bear under-rasp bar grates. Each rasp bar is equipped with an apron arranged on back side and rigidly connected with the bar. The working edge of the apron is wavy-shaped, while the apron proper is installed at angle varying along length of the drum relative to plane of the under-rasp bar grate. ^ EFFECT: raised output of long fibre and increased efficiency of removing boon and unclamped strands during processing. ^ 4 dwg
