摘要 FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: digital processing circuit includes a series of programmed adjustable units up to elimination of the effect of each on signal transmission. A unit for correcting the transfer characteristic of the photodetector matrix of the programmable piecewise linear transfer function with given reference displacements and slope values in reference nodal points of the transfer function on each of the colour channels. A unit for replacing anomalous point deviations of the photodetector matrix with given threshold of anomalous deviation, with calculation of a second derivative in aperture angles from 3ù3 points, correction limitations during possible positioning of anomalous points in angular points of the aperture and with correction of the value of the central point. A unit for correcting or restoring the red component, for calculating adjustments to definition and saturation, calculating average values of colour components at the centre of the aperture from 3ù3 points while giving values of geometric displacements of the red component on the horizontal and vertical relative the green and blue components, its further displacement on the horizontal. A unit for generating, based on standard parametres, three main colours (R,G,B) by multiplying R, G, B components by the given 3ù3 matrix. A unit for white balance and determining automatic exposure of the photodetector matrix with multiplication of its signals by calculated coefficients in two versions: for leveling frame-average brightness of three main colours or for providing given ratio of frame-average brightness of red and blue components to the green component. Given absolute values of average brightness are provided by calculating the corresponding exposure time of the photodetector matrix, a gamma correction unit with setting of the slope values and reference values in nodal points of the piecewise linear transfer function given in table form, equal for all colour channels, a unit for increasing number of pixels in the image using interpolation formulas, a unit for generating Y, Cb, Cr components by multiplying R, G, B components by the given 3ù3 matrix and a normalising factor. ^ EFFECT: increased functional completeness of digital processing of readable signals, made in a single integrated circuit together with a photodetector matrix with colour separation in accordance with penetration depth of radiation into a semiconductor structure. ^ 1 dwg
