FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Photosensitiser is instillated in conjunctive cavity after cornea deepithelisation. Focused ray of ultraviolet light with wave length 365-375 nm is applied for impact. As photosensitiser, applied is 0.2% solution of "Photosense". Instillation is carried out during 3 minutes, in total volume 2 ml, and light impact is performed during 1 minute. ^ EFFECT: method allows to increase cornea density due to cross connection in collagen molecules in single three-dimensional net and absence of damage to cornea endothelial cells. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex
