<p>PURPOSE: A pigment dispersed composition is provided to reduce a residue of a pattern, to improve the resolution of the pattern, and to facilitate a micro-disperse of the pigment while securing an excellent development property. CONSTITUTION: A pigment dispersed composition contains a pigment, a dispersing agent marked as the chemical formula 1, a cardo-based binder marked as the chemical formula 2, a resin, and a solvent. In the chemical formula 1, R1~R5 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an alkynyl group, an aryl group, a heteroaryl group, and others, respectively. X is selected from the group consisting of a halogen group, a sulfone group, an alkylsulphone group and hydroxyl group. M1 refers to 30~100 mol% and M2 refers to 0~70 mol %.</p> |
