PURPOSE: A handle buffer of a stick is provided, which can protect the wrist or the joint of arms and enhance hands power. CONSTITUTION: A handle buffer of a stick comprises: a fixed handle(101) which is combined with the connection pipe top unit in order to buffer the impact delivered to the connection pipe and handle; a shock-absorbing handle(111) which is combined so that rotation can be facilitated around the hinge shaft in the fixed handle; an insertion hole(112) of the shock-absorbing handle which buffers the impact delivered to the shock-absorbing handle; and an elastic member(121) which is combined with the fixing groove(102) of the fixed handle.
