PURPOSE: A processing method of a wrap thread sheet and a device thereof are provided to reduce risk of thread breaking in following process, and to wind warp threads in a warp beam at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A processing method of a wrap thread sheet includes the following steps: drawing a plurality of warp threads from a creel; winding the drawn warp threads on a winding beam; forming a rope(15) by uniting the drawn threads; and processing the rope with a finishing agent. Before the rope is processed, the warp threads are released from thread beams. The rope is formed between a releasing step and a processing step. A processing device of the warp thread sheet includes a rope distribution device and a processing device.
