PURPOSE: A remote controller receiving code processing method of an electronic device which prevents product malfunction according to a remote controller code information by assigning each product code to the identical product of the identical marker is provided to prevent malfunction according to the remote control operation. CONSTITUTION: If remote controller code information is inputted, a control unit refers to the product code information in the remote controller code information within a remote controller code information table(S402, S404). The controller compares the product code information within the remote controller code information and the product code information within the characteristic remote controller code information within the remote controller code information table when the remote controller code information is received(S406).
