FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacture of flat reinforcement cages - narrow grids used in bulk production of bent reinforced-concrete members, during reconstruction of buildings or reinforcement for example of hollow floor panels. In reinforcement cage containing longitudinal working, erection and transverse rods, the latter are made in the form of zigzag-shaped grid fixed on a solid base of reinforcement cage. ^ EFFECT: simplifying the production process and improving quality of reinforcement cage, increasing strength of inclined sections of reinforced-concrete items, decreasing the number of process operations on mechanical processing of reinforcing steel, reducing labour input during manufacture of reinforcement cage, saving of metal, energy and welding material, decreasing accident rate during manufacture and erection of reinforcement cage. ^ 12 cl, 13 dwg |
