PURPOSE: A process for preparing vinyl chloride graft copolymer resin is provided to improve impact strength of a resin by evenly distributing a grafted acrylic copolymer inside vinyl chloride resin particles. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing vinyl chloride graft copolymer resin comprises the steps of: mixing an acryl group latex copolymer, a chlorinated vinyl monomer and coagulant with deionized water; injecting a dispersing agent and polymerization initiator in the mixture before a polymerization temperature reaches, wherein the dispersing agent includes methyl cellulose and hydropropylmethylcellulose; and graft-polymerizing the acrylic latex copolymer and chlorinated vinyl monomer.
