PURPOSE: A high radiation carbon grounding device and an installation method thereof for increasing the grounding capability are provided to install the high radiation carbon grounding device by acquiring full hydroxyl by a light ion. CONSTITUTION: A high radiation carbon grounding device and an installation method thereof for increasing the grounding capability include a stainless pipe(100), a carbon compression rod, a stainless radial spine, and a light ion. A space unit is comprised of a form penetrated by an inside. An interception member(130) includes an opening. A conduction water formation rod is comprised of the form slotted in the outer side surface. The radial spine fixture is comprised it perforates it doesn't overlap with the conduction water formation outlet.
